Yes. Office Depot has a Copy and Print dept. They can print/copy in black and white or color, and even large format.
You need to be more specific. Phones are allowed in the store. If you are looking to get a phone repaired or get cellular service then there is not much they can do for you. If you need some accessories then they might have something for you.
