MOD is not a gluten free environment. They have a gluten free crust, however they prepare the gluten free pizza around artisan crust pizzas. They try their best to keep the area of the gluten free crust uncontaminated, however all pizzas go into the same oven. When the MOD squad members prepare a gluten free pizza that belongs to someone with an allergy request, they will place the crust on a clean screen, tgen handle the pizza with new gloves, cook the pizza in the oven, and finally place the pizza directly on a plate or box so it doesn't come in contact with the counter that previously had pizzas placed on it before.
