If you sign up to the donor portal you can see when your donation days are, when your next SPE sample is due so you can make sure to eat something healthy, also when your yearly physical is due. We've been emphasizing this for months for donors to sign up.

You can donate two days a week. My donation days are usually Monday and Wednesday. But if I miss a day I switch up my days. So, if I were to go on Thursday and Saturday, I’m pretty sure I would not be able to donate again until the next Thursday. But as of Nov 4th you cannot donate without scheduling an appt. So my advice would be to call there first and try to schedule and appt, and if that does not work, respond to this message.

I feel your pain Mark! I also have the same problem. Why do people have telephones but, never bother to answer them. The only solution I have for you is to make a personal appearance.
