This place likes to give miss information to donors and not have any repercussions for the employees that misinformation nor do they fill any kind of respect or apology for wasting someone's time I will be reporting this to corporate I wouldn't donate here they're not very friendly to their donors

I’ve donated 2 times within the last month and had no issues. Today on my third visit I had only donated about 12 mL of plasma before I feel a tightening in my arm that is out of the ordinary. I look down to find that the entry site is swelling as blood is leaking out of it as well. I flagged a nurse down to take it out, and it took me saying that is extremely painful and uncomfortable for her to finally remove it. Another nurse calmly explained that they may have shoved the needle all the way through the vein so it was not returning where it should. I’m shocked that something like this could happen in a place where you need years of extensive training and this should never happen. I will be doing my next few donations to collect my total of 900 but after that I am not returning.

Hello Dianna, Unfortunately sometimes yes, our appointments fill up for quite a few days out. You will need to schedule an appointment, but there are cancellations sometimes, so keep watching the appointments in case there is a cancellation. But we do recommend scheduling now in order to avoid missing out on a day that will work for you to donate. Thank you!
If you received a Covid-19 vaccine, there is not a deferral period to donate plasma as long you feel well and do not have a fever.

Now if you can donate or not for having a MMC, I can't say. You are not asked if you have one,but when you sign in you are asked if you have used any. Since they do not screen for it, there is no way they can tell if you have used any or not. They don't ask, you don't tell.
Download the app and make an appointment on there then just show up
