This place has became one of the worst staffing place in oklahoma city they don't send out no jobs or return phone calls I messaged her for a month straight she still replied they don't have anything .I would not recommend this place you'll be broke poor tryna work for this place

For a staffing agency this is worst experience and absolute worst company I have EVER worked for and this is totally based on the experience with the person who runs the show, Cari. NO STARS. ZERO STARS. NEGATIVE STARS. Beware if you decide to work with them, there might be work but she is a horrible, repulsive human being towards her employees and talks down, disrespectful and dismissive towards those. Perhaps she has a complex that if you work for a staffing agency she can pick one apart and be dismissive because one is desperate for work. I have worked on and off with them since 2015 when I needed extra income but the experiences were pretty much all the same in contacts with her with very few exceptions but at any time she would be subject to treat one and definitely talk to them as not a person and an adult. I always dreaded to have to talk to her for these reasons. My final straw came in early Aug when she was recruiting for a months-long gig in Branson MO. I was willing to accept the position for multiple months but at this time I was within a week of signing a new lease. I figured why sign a lease to a place I wasn't gonna be living. I completed all the online paperwork for the job and got Caris' approval, yet I didn't know when we would leave. I was told I would only get a day or maybe two notice. PLAN, PACK AND UPROOT MY LIFE IN MAYBE 1 DAY!. This is an example of the low regard this company has for it's employees. Based on past experiences with Cari I called her back about 5 minutes after the approval conversation to impress upon her what I had at stake and the possibilities of being homeless by not signing my lease so I wanted assurance this was gonna happen. She responded to me with such disrespect and disregard and abruptly said 'forget it, good luck' and that was it. Hung up on me. Job snatched away from me just like that just for making sure. No more Hive. Knowing them I still kept my lease on the table until I was gonna be sitting on the bus to Branson. She probably did me a favor in hindsight because it probably was gonna be drama, late paychecks, unkept promises and things of that sort. That's Hive. That's Cari. As with other people who gave negative reviews I wouldn't be surprised if she responds online with some cute, apologetic, we-can-work-that-out scenario to save face online. But that's just online. The real Cari is the one you talk to on the phone when nobody else is listening and your her employee. She's an awful human being to her employees and I have worked(hard) for her long enough and EVERYONE I spoke to said the exact same thing about how she talks to us. If you entertain working for her, you've been warned. Go elsewhere. There are plenty better staffing agencies to work for in Oklahoma City. Probably all of them as far as humans treating humans like humans. LMAO THEN SHE RESPONDED BY PRETENDING TO BE THE OWNER. SMH She totally LIED about being harassed. It was probably not even wise for me to contemplate uprooting, even for 3 months, with such a shady company anyway. Everything happens for a reason. This is what can happen when we are in financial situations that lead us to companies like this that truly take advantage of people trying to do the right things. All I can advise to potential job seekers is avoid this dump. When you find out this Cari is running it beware. BEWARE. She VERY, VERY shady, a liar, terrible boss and WILL try to cheat you. If she or the 'owner' responds to this it probably will be filled with lies again.
