Proof of address (mail is good) proof of SSN (ssn card, w2. Govt document with ssn on there) and ID. Must be valid and have a photo of you. If your ID has your current address it can also act as your proof of address.

You have to weight at lease a 110 lbs

As long as the letter is from the last 30 days. Also you could bring a copy of your lease or a pay stub with your new address on it.

They just started so they're testing to see how much business they'll get but in May they are extending the hours.

I believe new donors can start any days, but some days they start new donors at 7, others at 9, depends when the nurse is there really lol

Yes, but that would alter your schedule. So if you normally go on Monday and friday, but miss Friday and go on saturday, you could go again on Monday, then have to wait until Saturday again

absolutely, they require u to have at least one full day between donations, but u can only donate two times during one week. 🙂

It all depends on what day you start your donation and you can only go 2 times within those 7 days. You have to have atleast 1 days between those 2 donations. If you go on a tuesday day then you can go again Thursday or any other day up to Sunday. Your next week would start on the next Sunday again. You always have to go on the same day of the next week Of each of those days. If you change it to another day after your 7 days pass then it go again on that day of the next 7 days with 1 day in between the donations. Sorry so long and I hope it was understandable.

They could be short handed as to why they don't answer the phone. The times are listed when you open the name after you search for it. If they change the time it will be updated on here. They may be busy today due to having hotdogs and other food for free.

I don't know about the first time, it took us about 3.5 hours to get through the whole process (usually only takes me about 45 minutes once I am hooked up, but there are questions & screening, & some wait time every time). Perhaps you can go for your first time on a Saturday or Sunday? I thought I have heard them tell new donors its too late after a certain time of day.

You can also just go in the Octapharma and ask the receptionist for a new card. They will open a new card pack for you, and cancel the last account number and change the account linked to your file.

Depends on how much you weigh.. 104 lbs or less, obliviously cannot donate. I'm not sure of the lowest weight you have to be to donate the standard 800 ml... call them and ask. They are very nice there.

It's $50 the first time if you're a new donor and$25 after that. But they run promotional stuff every month like the 6th, 7th and 8th time you donate there's a bonus. Usually, $25 extra for the 6th, $20 for the 7th and $15 for the 8th donation. So, $25 plus the bonus when you get to the 6th, 7th and 8th donation
