I went to thier mental health unit and never send you kids there.the staff were mean and picked favorites. One staff would alway give this one patience outside food they would get and no one else. We would get rated and treated off of how many points we had.they would also share my hiygene products like vaseline my grandmother bought me with other patients. would get mad at us for little things. As a kid who never left my grandmother's side they kept me there all summer. For anxiety. That's it no other reason. And it wasn't bad. Just tummy aches. When I got out and we did not have my meds for a day I could not stop crying for the whole day.

This place is the worst mental health facility iv ever been to. The so called Dr. Is so unbelievably rude no compassion at all and no respect. The fist time I went she had a male aid sitting in the corner and she asked very uncomfortable questions I felt very violated. The next times were FaceTime visits but every time rather in office or over the phone she rolled her eyes at me and sighs at everything you say like she's bored so unprofessional. I was uncomfortable and she literally added to my anxiety and depression they desperately need anew staff capable of human decency.

AVOID. I have now had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with this facility on multiplications. I have dealt with some very unpleasant healthcare issues from doctors, but the mental health care provided at this facility for those I care about is appalling. On every occasion I've dealt with them, they have refused to acknowledge that they actually have a patient advocate. If there was a way to give them zero Stars, I would. After thoroughly researching, have been recommended to look into cedar ridge in Bethany by several people.

I expressed concern regarding elder abuse/neglect, and asked to speak with Patient Advocate or Ombudsman. I was told they do not offer those services (which are required by medicare), and basically given a virtual shrug of the shoulders. This facilty and their staff neglected their ethical responsibility to protect the patient. She was discharged oversedated, on medication clinically contraindicated, under the care of her alleged abuser, only to never recover. Rest in peace, Momma. Shameful.
