Depends on whether they are the hoptaking traumas at that time and/or if they have every inch of space filled to capacity by with the bodies of injuries from 2 different church's buses wrecking against one another.... A waiting room filled with nuns, priests and most of the families of their parrish VS. Temple Beth Israel in the argument of the century over who is at fault for the collision.... There is nothing that can ever assure the status of any ER being calm for long!
