Does anyone know if the 4C trail is fully open? The website says northern section closed, but looks to be very outdated info. They also don't answer the phone, so can't find out.

I'm not really sure but you can call the park ranger number for the park and maybe ask. 936-655-2299. It was provided at the entrance for questions.
