It depends on the time you go. But O have seen some pregnant people there relaxing. Really fun place for a family of any size to relax and hang out.
I have seen a couple of women go there pregnant and they were fine It is all about your preferences usually in the mid day there are lots of children.
It is very relaxing, usually early in the morning when they first open. certain times it can be very loud. As for being in hot water while pregnant, I have no idea if you can or should do that.
