Went through with my boyfriend, ordered a cheese quesadilla. They gave me a chicken one. Since I don't eat meat we went back through and asked for a new cheese one. The one we got still had chicken. We weren't even rude or anything, just asked nicely for a replacement. Go to the taco bell by the mall.

Service was great, the food was okay. The refried beans had a smell and the tortillas were dry.

The girl at the drive thru window clearly hates her job and does not want to be there. I was trying to pay via Apple pay and she covered the reader portion with her hand and didn't move it until I had to get out of the car (since I was the passenger) and bump her hand with my phone. She also did not give me a straw. The taco bell on the other side of town actually believes in customer service and handing out straws to people with drinks so go their instead.

I cannot explain how uncomfortable it is, to accept that the person who just wished to have an argument, about the prices listed in front of you, on the drive thru menu, is about to make your food and you will have to eat it. Horrible experience to say the least. ps. You overcharged me.
