According to some surveys and census Utah's LDS Mormons are less than 50% of state population now. Many people of non-Mormon back-ground have moved to Utah and want their morning coffee, so Starbucks and smaller local roasting coffee houses are doing well.
It's super busy! Lol. Mormons are people too. All of us in life have devices, demons and simply put, enjoy coffee. There is a small town 160 miles West of SLC called Wendover, Nevada. And of course there is gambling in Nevada. And all 5 casinos parking lots are filled with cars from Utah. They even, have flights to Wendover. The travel buses run 24/7 and are always full. Utah needs the lottery. 1000s of Utahns drive to Idaho for lottery tickets every time it get over 500 million. To the extent the lines can be in the 1000s of Utahns. So, Starbucks does really well. Btw, all of the liquor stores are owned by the State of Utah...Hope this gives you some insight to Utahns(Mormons)
I waited so long, everyone waited so long, just to figure out that our coffee was sitting there the whole time! When there is alot of people in there and it is loud, you guys need to speak up so people can hear that there order was ready, people shouldn't have to stare down the counter the whole time waiting for there coffee because they know that none of these employee's have hardly a voice.
