Terrible business. Spend your money at B&H photo. This business is so outdated they will not do anything for you if you want to return an item unless you have your receipt. All my money will be going to B&H from now on. 5/26 I dont see a button to reply to the owner, so maybe you'll see my updated review here. I gave your employee my phone number, he called me by name obviously acknowledging me in the system, then told me i have to come back to speak to you to return my item. I bought it and returned it within 8 days. Your other employee didnt mention anything about having to give them my phone number during my transaction, i asked her specifically what the return policy was, she said, same packaging, within 15 days, that is it.

I waited over five days just for them to tell me that I had a blank roll. No refund, only 50% store credit. For a camera shop that gouges prices based on demand, they don’t need the money. I am beyond angry. They could have notified me that it was blank roll instead of HAVING ME WAIT FIVE DAYS. You’re better off supporting an independent non chain developer like theFINDlab.

Allen's did a great job on our last-minute graduation announcements. We designed our own and when there wasn't an option to upload an entire card on their website, they gave me an email to get our custom order. When I accidentally ordered the cards from both the Orem and Provo stores, they intervened and made sure I got and paid for only one order. The cards are beautiful (better colors that other grad cards we've received from friends), the price was less than half what we found anywhere else online, and we had them in our hands in two business days. Very happy with our Allen's experience!
