I came here this week needing copies. The lady noticed that the material I needed copied was copyrighted. She was extremely rude and said she would not touch the project. I have had this same stuff copied at at least 5 other shops with no problems. I checked the law after and verified that copying this material is within my rights because I was using it for educational purposes. I was also in a time crunch and ended up not being able to get the project done at all because I was banking on Carol’s being open later than everyone else. I get company policies and they are entitled to reject any project they want. But regardless, the way they treated me was my biggest issue. They were rude and dismissive and did not even try to figure out what I needed the copies for. She simply told me to go elsewhere. So that is what I recommend.

I like to use my own paper and they make it so easy. I email them the file, show up, and they print it for me. The service is quick, professional, and I love that it's local.

Do not go to carols! They have poor professionalism and ruin customer products. I asked them if they could laminate some cards for me and when I got my cards back there were air bubbles in almost every single card and several of my pictures had been cracked with irreversible damage to the card itself. They also tried to change when they would be done without contacting me and got mad when I showed up at the agreed upon time.. When I went back to ask if they could fix it they said there was nothing they could do except possibly relaminate them and they were not responsible for any damage done to my own cards that were over a $100 to purchase. The sign they say that doesn't guarantee lamination is hidden under jars on the first desk and they never told me anything verbally. But if you take a job when stated that these are expensive materials you should do the job correctly and not ruin someone's expensive cards that were supposed to be gifts.

You can call them and ask. I work with them all the time on prints and they are really quick to get them done.

What is your url for me to send over the internet for printing?

There is not a URL, but an email address on their website
