We came to get alterations done and the pants were missed even though we paid for it, we talked to Ethan and he did everything he could for us to make it right on such short noticed and we really appreciated it. We are super happy with the customer service and will be going back.

Most locations will alternate sales between "Buy 1 get 1 free" and "50% off" so if there's not currently a sale, wait few weeks and it's likely one will start.
I asked for a custom suit and was told one off the shelf would be cheaper. Then got charged for all the alterations. This was a horrible experience.
