You'll have to sit down with them to go over options. I was there for a wedding recently and was unimpressed. We were seated in loft and could see nothing at all going on. No first dance, cake cutting, nothing. Acoustics were terrible; we couldn't hear speeches. Stairs were a challenge for older people seated up there. Spiral staircase was treacherous. Food choices at the event were just "meh". If you wanted cake and coffee you had to help yourself- which meant going up and down stairs again. Restrooms were on lower level so, yes, more stairs. People holding events here should consider older and/or physically challenged guests before booking.
Depends on what you want. They have different choices. I enjoyed it very much. My Son and New Daughter ~in~Law wedding. Just beautiful
