This experience was supposed to be magical but has been a nightmare. My dress was late, came back too short not once but three times, and the alterations were so bad that I chose to pay extra to have it fixed by a different seamstress in the two weeks leading up to my wedding. Instead of offering any sort of apology, I was told to pay for mistakes that I did not make like adding extra fabric to the hem and to do an even exchange for a used sample floor dress two sizes too big which would cost even more to have altered. My recommendation for anyone who falls in love with a dress here is to purchase the dress in your size with the request for extra fabric and report to the Better Business Bureau as well as contact small claims court (if applicable)

My Fiance went there to look at dresses and the shop owner didn't bother taking measurements and just pointed to the big person section and she's not even big...a 12 maybe but 16/18 😡....I see why they have as many 1's as 5 star ratings. You have one job and that was done poorly 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I'm a 12 in jeans so I know I'd go one size up in a dress. I was directed to size 18! And my best friend from college and MOH was ask "are u her mom?" #rude

Linda at bridaltown was so nice and went above and beyond to ensure me and my guests were comfortable, informed, and were happy with our choices. The shop was well organized with plenty of options and it was in an easy to locate area.
