Will a 2003 Crown Vic 4.6L motor work in a 1997 F150 4x4 with auto transmission? The truck has the 4.6L but the head gasket leaks oil.

Probably not. They make 3 diffrent model 4.6l for those f150. I'm sure the amount of stuff you would have to switch over just wouldn't be worth the time. I'm also pretty sure that it won't bolt with the trans at all
