I stopped in shortly before close as I needed to replace my windshield wiper that had broken off & also needed a headlight. Both guys working were great. They searched through boxes looking for an adapter for my wiper that broke so they could fix it for free instead of selling me a new blade (they didn't find the piece but it's the thought that counts) After I made my purchases the guy came out and changed my headlight & wiper for me. Excellent customer service. I'll be going back for all of my vehicle maintenance needs in the future!

I am truly impressed with the customer service here. I'd like to say thank you to David for listening to what was happening with my vehicle and mentioning someone within the area that could help with my electrical issue and diagnosing it further. I called them after you gave me the phone number and was met with great customer service as well. As a female, I do not know all the terminology in the auto world and you do not take advantage of that. My kids received crayons and a notepad while waiting as well. My vehicle stopped running while at a bank drive thru. I had called them. They said if I'm able to get it there they will take a look right away. After about 10 minutes, I was shocked, a worker came by to see if I needed my battery charged so I could get it there. To Adam and Deanna, you have been wonderful as well each time I've stopped in. Ready and willing to help answer questions or selection of products. O'Reily is a good store but these people make it great. 5 stars. You will be pleased.

Everyone was so helpful and very pleasant. We were traveling through the area and barely made it into town as the alternator was going out. They helped us get our car started again, sold us an alternator, and offered suggestions of where might be able to install it. We were able to get it fixed and got on our way thanks to the staff here. All on a Saturday of a holiday weekend.
