Is there food available for purchase? Something like cheese and crackers or a meat and fruit tray. if not is it permissible to bring a cooler full of snacks and then buy a couple of bottle of wine there.

Your food is ok. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

On infrequent occasions they have a food truck, but they do have some cheeses, crackers and other snacks. It is usually better to bring your own food

Normally, there is cheese for sale in the building. I think they have crackers too. Quite often we take our own snacks though.

I had taken a picnic so I didn't check out any snacks available. Yes you can buy wine. They even have wine ice buckets to borrow to keep it cold
