Don't know if you got the answer yet but it's cats ONLY and as much as I don't like to say this the manager is very mean and cold, makes it so uncomfortable to be there. She will stand outside your place and yell at you about personal business loud enough for everyone to hear (I wasn't on the receiving end but always heard it) I had never experienced anything like it before she was even mad mean to me for moving out even though I owed nothing and gave notice, rent was great but free would not have been low enough to make me stay there because of her.

Everybody says cats only. I know 2 people that live there that have dogs. That is a fact! I wanted to check it out, for my new destination trailer, but the last thing I need, is what people have said about this place
Cats only. When you 1st come on the property, you will see a sign saying absolutely no dogs allowed. You really want to avoid this place. The park used to be a known drug park, and once you see it, and how run down it is, you will probably run screaming. The showers are nasty. Hardly cleaned, and if you complain about it, you will be told that your RV is supposed to be self contained. Another thing they fail to mention is the $50 deposit for a cable box that they don't own. The owner is ok, but the manager has no personality. Actually borderline mean. Not my 1st choice for customer service. She is as lazy as they come. The owner also has a helper who can't help his smart mouth, along with a girlfriend who like to go door to door getting anything she can get from you. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
Cats only the manager does not allow any dogs on property , guests or not.
Have two friends who live there, they arent so.keem on manager either. Cats only us true
