customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and bordered on rude. Was told on the phone no rigs over 10 yrs old yet most of the existing rigs are way older than that. It being Cheap is the only quality I was able to find. I would recommend going down the road 3 miles to America Sunset Rv Park. Closer to the beach, MUCH MUCH better service and an stunningly beautiful park.

I've lived here for about 6 months. The Owner and Manager have been very helpful during this time. I highly recommend this property. I see NO drugs or drug activity here. Thanks to the manager who weeded all that out. It stays quiet here most of the time. The Owner has a dry sense of humor and I can joke with him. I have nothing at all to complain about.

Cheap place, and unworthy of the bad reputation it has. It's not some drug infested park, and the locals need to know that. The owner is a fair, and good guy, but my issues are with who works for him. Why is there an office, but the manager can't be bothered, and unless it's rent day, she is nowhere to be found? He has help there, but his guy that helps him has no respect for tenets trailers, or motorbikes, and everything that comes out of his mouth is a smart assed comment. Strongly advise everyone who considers this place to avoid it. Bathrooms alone are like a lab experiment. Don't go into that shower if you like you feet attached to your ankles.

For the price you can't beat this place! Just a $75 deposit and $99 for my first months rent to move in. Monthly rate of $250 thereafter you can't find rent that cheap! And within walking distance to the ocean. No frills park but i don't mind with rent this low. Nice neighbors, park owner works great with his staff. Very friendly and accommodating. I will say if you call and they have a spot available, jump on it. I didn't the first time and it took me 3 months of calling to get a spot. Boy was it worth it ! Recommend to those on a tight budget. I feel safe here and welcomed.

No. It's additional. I don't feel it costs much. It's the same as the other parks in the area. Yes, I have lived in several. I'm sort of a snowbird ;). I'm an Oregonian. I didn't pay more than $75 a month for the winter. I also am wasteful with electricity. It's a quiet and friendly part.
No. Hammonds is a motorhome, r.v. and trailor park. But not mre than a mile away is twin harbors state park. And they have tent camping trailor camping or there are bungalows you can rent for your stay. Also includes campfire areas and showers
275/mo +electric.. Not sure about daily. I think it is 35/night.
Don't know if you got the answer yet but it's cats ONLY and as much as I don't like to say this the manager is very mean and cold, makes it so uncomfortable to be there. She will stand outside your place and yell at you about personal business loud enough for everyone to hear (I wasn't on the receiving end but always heard it) I had never experienced anything like it before she was even mad mean to me for moving out even though I owed nothing and gave notice, rent was great but free would not have been low enough to make me stay there because of her.
