You can call and schedule a climb up the tower, it's 137 steps. I didn't do the climb but just being around and able to be so close was great.

What a fantastic experience! Shout out to the volunteer staff that keeps this place open for tours. Its completely worth the reservation and $5/adult! Richard was very knowledgeable about the lighthouse and its history! A great find!

Very interesting tour of the oldest (123 year) lighthouse in the state. Excellent explanation of the light, its lenses, and how it works. History of how it was built and the current plans to restore it.

Dogs must be on leash. They have clean water bowls outside of the lighthouse just for dogs.
Very short walk from street to Lighthouse. You can pay $5 to walk up inside . My family enjoyed seeing everything from the top.
