They do monthlys here but depends on your spot....im on one of the bigger ones and its 600/month. Incl electricity internet and basic cable

They will mostly likely late you stay 28 days and leave for 7 days. I would call them directly.
I would not know that. The KOA website should be able to answer that but most of those vacation places require you to leave after a certain amount of time. Check their site out tho to be sure. You may need to call in.

They let you stay monthly from September to first of May, then your can not stay on monthly rate, you will pay Daily rate, they want the spaces for the summer travelers, they make more money that way. Just a heads up.
