Employee lacked basic knowledge of hardware. I am not handy by any means. I needed to find some replacement bolts and nuts for my furniture so I brought one in to get help finding the right ones. The gal that helped me started picking out nuts from the drawer and attempted to find the right size by eyeballing it. I had to suggest maybe using the sizing tool that was on the counter. I used it and was able to find out that I had a metric bolt and it was M6-1. I asked her if they had a metric section and asked for that size. She proceeded to pick things out by eyeballing and handed me a bunch of 1/4" bolts. First time and last time shopping here.

I just want to say that I would be lost without this store. Everything from the flowers in the spring, the pellets for our BBQ, electrical projects, plumbing parts, sprinkler parts, and starter plants. They have it all! And THE STAFF…….LOVE them!! I came in on a whim and was not dissatisfied. The moment I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. Than the next employee I saw stopped me as well and helped me get everything I needed to repair the drill press I was fixing. I believe he went above and beyond the usual level of customer service. Very pleased.
