Installers Jared B. (lead) & Jory M. were respectful of our home, knowledgeable of potential challenges posed during replacement window projects, accommodating to our site specific requests, and professional throughout our install. The 2 were understanding & tolerant of us photographing the process from beginning to end, and encouraged and addressed any questions we had. This was the "3rd phase" of our upgrades to our 22 year old home, and Renewal by Andersen, specifically the Spokane, WA entity, provides the best product on the market and hires the industry's most top notch employees. We had 7 openings (w/ 12 windows) addressed during this phase, and look forward to the windows improved performance under harsh weather conditions at our home.

Renewal by Anderson of Spokane. We replaced 20+ year old windows that were cloudy with broken seals. Our assigned installers Thomas and Chris were professional, courteous, and efficient. They were in and out in one day installing 4 windows. They were available for questions. My husband is a retired contractor and he was impressed with every phase of the process but mainly with the men completing the project. The incentives and 12 month same as cash made the project affordable for us. We decided to complete 2 more of the remaining windows. Bravo to Thomas and Chris. Highly recommend.
