I personally got the chance to see how this nightmare is run and they treat their employees like dirt; I was bullied my first day; stolen from my second, was never really given a real job or objective to get done ; when a family emergency came up my work accounts were deleted without notice, I was terminated without notice, also they tried holding my own property from me and I am now having to file for theft for the items not returned. All of this happened while I was in contact with the owner of the company, I would told “this was their process” , I asked for legal documentation on the company policies and was completely ignored. This place is truly a nightmare and gives the industry a bad reputation.

Normally I am not loyal to a brand, but with the type of product in this world, I enjoy consistency and require security in my choice that it will be good, everytime. With products from these folks, not only will it be consistent but it will be quality, and it comes from people who care. Recently I had a problem, sparing the boring details, I originally didn't get what I paid for, end of the world I know. Except, not this time. Both the store (Natures Recreation Center) and the company phat Panda (growopfarms) took care of me. Perhaps the issue wasn't resolved over night, but I was more than satisfied with the result. The customer is not always right, but NRC and Phat Panda ( Grow Op Farms ) did right by me, and I know that no matter where I go if I see a phat panda product, that it will be not only high caliber and quality, but I will be completely happy with my purchase. And there's a sticker in the bag too.
