If your talking about a Thousand trails pass for $599 it has restrictions as far as how many nights & how early you can book to stay. You are not just limited to Oceana they have other places as well. You dont just pay $599 & then drop off your RV for the whole year. The tiny homes/cabins all differ in price depending on season and campground your at. I suggest you call Thousand Trails if you have more specific questions as there are lots of different types of passes. Good Luck!
Sorry I can't help ☹️😞
