They say that you can have a small fire but it must have a screen cover over it and yes fires are allowed on the beach as long as there's no ban
As long as there is not a county burn ban and you bring your own fire pit yes. You are also allowed to do fires on the beach area if no ban is in effect. Hope that helps :)
