Is there any programs for stray/feral cats NOT the stop program as these are not my animals but still wanting to help them? TNR? Trying to help all these feral cats and kittens, seems to be no help out here on our end of reno county.

There is a program in Hutchinson called the Hutchinson Street Cat Society. You could call them and ask questions.
