I have a friend who is looking into this location to open a yarn/craft store.
Shop leasers and patrons- any input? Is the management company easy to work with? Is the area secure after hours- i.e. break ins? Would a craft store be a good addition?

I think a craft store would be great. No break-ins as of yet. Pretty secure and management is great, I know a couple of the store owners. Good luck and congratulations on your new adventure.
