Why doesn't your staff answer the phone? When they do, before I can get a word in, they say, "hello-" click. And hang up. Not very good service. I took my business elsewhere.

Only because we had a problem with our phone system? Our stuff is here to help and even through the broken line they would pick up a phone hoping that the call comes through. And if it “hang up” after hello, that clearly means that we were trying to answer the phone. We are truly sorry you were one of those customers who experienced this problem we had with the phone.
