Stay Away. I was an owner for two years. The HOA is horrible. As soon as I moved in I was slapped with a special assessment for damage from a hail storm two years before I moved in. It was not a small amount it was a hefty price. There are very few people who care about the common areas. There was one maintenence man who resided in one of the condos who was nothing but trouble, police were around quite iften. The parking is a mess. A real bad experience for me.

Own a condo here and wish I didnt. Constant plumbing issues and the HOA is an over priced absolute nightmare!
