There is a dock with a walking ramp, ok for kayaks, but no boat ramp, check out Rogers landing in Newberg there is a boat ramp, launch there.
No boat launch in Champoeg State park. The closest boat launch is at Roger's landing in Newberg or three boat launches in Wilsonville.
