Absolutely you can... You can even bring a grill to cook on. Be sure and bring some kind of cooler with food and drinks, If you are planning to stay all day... They have very few concessions.
Floats and chairs are okay! You can also take a grill and Cooler full of food and drinks! Make sure you have cash, I'm pretty sure they don't take debit cards...
