BE AWARE Really dont understand my experience at this store at all! Ive never had an issue at any parts store with getting the help i need tko find the correct parts. Well theres a 1st time for everything an i will not step foot into this store ever again! Three trips to get a sepentine belt and three returns to switch for a different belt. Now ive got my money in hand and am going elsewhere because i couldn't get there untill 8:55 pm last night an instead of helping to get the correct part an get my ride back on the road i was told they were closing an the computer would not let them ring me up after closing. They were in such a hurry to get me out of the store i had to beat on the door an tell them they didn't refund my money for the wrong belt i brought back. An to beat it all after straight lieing to me they used the computer to do the refund an get my money back! So here iam after paying for three rides to the store i still do not have my vehicle on the road! Also one more lie im pretty sure the manager of this store told me was that the only belt they had that was the size i needed could not be returned if it didn't fit my vehicle?!!!

Good attention and kindness. I went to change a piece that I bought and everything was fine, they don't ask you anything, they just change it for you, but you have to bring a ticket.

Made a small purchase, but to use needed assistance in holding up hood of pick up. Needed help on how to use properly. Asked if someone could help. 4 or 5 worker's nearby in front. 1 showing photos of family and NO 1, NOT A PEEP WAS OFFERED TO ASSIST. Buy AutoZone. Will Not Go Back.
