At any rest area in Oregon, you can stay for up to twelve hours in a 24-hour period, and both sides of the rest areas are considered the same rest area. There are people that stay a lot longer and lot more often, so I wouldn't trip.
Check the signs in place for this matter. Unless there are signs about how long one can park then there are no limits.
