Not necessarily. My youngest (under 10) goes and so long as she's supervised, has eye and ear protection (required for everyone) and she's paid for as a shooter we've never had issue.

I'm not sure If there's an age limit. I take my teenage daughter all the time with no problem. All minors have to be supervised at all times.
