Poor customer service, unprofessional and shortage of workers!! August 25, 2022, went in for one printed item, and this would be done at the counter! I was told that they had another order in Front of me, from yesterday, August 24, That they were still working on!! It would be 2 days before they could work On my little order, of only 1 paper needs!! I drove in the heavy rain with heavy flooding and 25 minutes of travel time, each way!! I asked for the Manager: Ms. Tiffany who Was unprofessional and rude and did not Did not help me!! Please, I only wanted 1 printed item!! There were machines there but they Require a 5.00 dollars hold on your credit card plus the cost of the printing!! I believed the counter was the least expensive and wanted to use this process! However, they turned Me away, said to come back in 2 days!! This was a nightmare!! Worst customer service!! 4930 Highway 90 Pace Florida location The Worst Office Depot in Florida!!
