Whoever answers your phone needs to get retrained on customer service. 06-29 at approximately 2pm; Upon asking "Do you all offer diagnostic services for computers?" The guy scoffed and said something along the lines of "well yeah, that's kinda what we do". Confounded at his reply I stated "Well I asked because it doesn't state that you do on your website", to which he replied "....well it's in our name" and actually stated the company name. I let him continue on as he finished "commenting" on how bizarre my question was, for about 10 seconds. Strangely after essentially "no duh'ing" my question he proceeded to ask me about the issue with my laptop, to which I shortly responded "Thank you, have a good day" and ended the call. I'd rather travel 40 minutes to Pensacola and pay a $70 fee to get my computer diagnosed rather than to be treated with disdain and pay less. It's not about groveling at the feet of your customers, it's about treating them courteously and with general respect. I'm not just paying for the service but for the customer service as well.

Built a PC, had some motherboard problems that were beyond my skill level, so I took it to these guys! They did great! Above and beyond service. Cable management is solid, they installed Windows 11 as I requested, updated all the drivers before I picked it up. Truly couldn't have asked for more. Price was very reasonable. If I ever have PC problems in the future this is where I'm going.

I was not able to talk to a real person. Not a good experience
