Mark was to our house on Monday. We have been having problem with Breezeline since they took over Atlantic broadband. Just as an aside. Breezeline has got to be the worst internet service we have ever had. Loosing internet frequently, not very good reception in some areas of the house. We have a router and we tried to reset it to see if there was any improvement. We were not able to reset it. Mark took a look and found some other problem with their service that even Breezeline people didn’t see. It should be noted we have had Breezeline people here 7 times since Memorial Day weekend. Mark suggested a new modem. Of course Breezeline never suggested that because they want you to use the piece of junk that you rent from them at 25.00 a month. The new modem is working nicely. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable. He is a real asset to your team.

Jason's is my go-to for all my computer and networking needs. They always have my back and always do a superb job, like no company I have ever experienced in the business. After installing security cameras and a new power strip, my older wireless router died, at a most inopportune time and it was very stressful. Mark took my call, was totally sympathetic and fit me into his already booked schedule that day, and he was able to come even earlier than he thought, which allowed me to keep my evening plans. He brought exactly the Nighthawk router I wanted, an upgrade from the older one I had and loved, and had it installed, configured and tested with all my other equipment and software in less than an hour. He is so incredibly professional and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. He made my day. His calm demeanor and can-do attitude, with the experience to back it up, calmed and reassured me. I'm so glad to have met and worked with Mark, as I have been with all of Jason's very professional and qualified techs for five years. They are a joy and make my computer problems disappear with what seems like just the snap of a finger. And for a very reasonable price. They provide great back-up, maintenance and clean-up services as well, all at reasonable prices. I'm so grateful that they're close by and always available and wonderful to work with. Keep up the excellent work guys!

My wife and I want to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jason's Computer Services. The professionalism we encountered was, frankly, more than we expected. We were especially impressed with the knowledge and customer service provided to us by Mr. Mark Turner. He listened to what our expectations were and then guided us in purchasing the "exact" replacement computer upgrade we were looking for, too include our desire for a combination printer, scanner, copier and fax machine. We were also immediately impressed with the business store front and customer viewing area. Our one suggestion, however, is that the business sign on the highway is difficult to see, but thankfully we did find this fine business organization. We are also looking forward to the long term technical support and would strongly recommend joining their Loyalty Membership Program. Thank you Jason's and Mark Turner !!!

I recently received the Apple 12 from sister. It was her son's phone. I tried to set the phone up and it has an activation lock. She does not know the info. Are you able to fix it so I can get in the phone

Jason, my HP printer is not recognizing any of my iphones, iPads or my iMac yet it has been working well until recently. Can you fix this problem? Do you make house calls? Thanks

I am sorry we do not offer consumer printer support. We only services business grade large copiers and Printers.

May not be possible. The entire point of the System BIOS password is exactly this point of not being able to reset it.
