A crawl space fire damaged the vapor barrier and insulation - these were re-done, with an additional drain and sump pump.

I cannot say enough or praise this company enough. They went above and beyond for much needed repairs, every contractor was pleasant, respectful and hard working even in very tiny area under my drop living room under trailer. What they did for me had me in tears. Thank you so much total home performance and I can't forget Connie she was amazing answering every question and dealing with my issues.

We had our crawlspace encapsulation redone by Total Home Performance and found them to be very professional, courteous, reliable, customer focused as well as reasonably priced. We highly recommend Total Home Performance and plan to hire them for additional services including the whole home health assessment.

A dehumidifier is a great way to remove the moisture in your crawl space, but if the moisture persists there is an underlying issue that should be addressed. Dehumidifiers are only a temporary solution!

We always recommend that homeowners do. Crawl space vents are an outdated building science practice. While builders once thought that crawlspace vents allow excess moisture to flow out, these vents actually invite more moisture in. Having these vents sealed keeps unwanted moisture (and critters) out.
