Honest, fair, truly knowledgeable, fast -- enough said?! This is now my go-to repair place. Go there -- be good to yourself & support a vendor that actually knows what he's doing, so that you spend the minimum necessary.

Will Is a down to earth and nice person. He tells you like it is and never gives you a runaround.

I custom built a pc, and couldn't get it to work. Brought it to this store only to find out they didn't know what was going on, but still charged me (understandable). Took to another place, and they said it was a bad motherboard. On my own I replaced the motherboard (so I know they didn't scam me), and it now works. I'm not a computer wizard, but this seems like a normal level problem for a "repair guy".

Questions & Answers

The keys still work, but I took off the caps and can't get them back on correctly. Only 9 keys are sticky and 5 of them were taken off. The keyboard is a laptop keyboard. Is it necessary to get the whole thing changed?

Under the keys you have a x shaped white support grid that needs to properly align with the plastic mounts on the keyboard. If any of these get bent it's almost impossible to properly push down the keys so they 'stay' that's why it's just better to just change the keyboard

How much would it be to fix keyboard caps and clean some sticky juice?

If the keyboard has some non-functional keys then it's cheaper to change the keyboard (30 to 70) rather than clean it
