As long as you're in the vehicle you will not have a problem. My family did it with the r.v. it's the same as the truck drivers
While I don't know about this one specifically, the majority do. When you see a "No Overnight Parking" sign, it's generally intended to prevent people from parking their car and then car pooling with someone else. As long as you're they're at the rest area with your RV they generally let you stay and get your rest.
