Shaun and Dana were absolutely amazing and so welcoming. We were passing through from Florida from our wedding weekend back to home (Indiana) with a car full! Dana played with our baby which was so adorable! Shaun was a huge help with finding out tires and great costumer service from both. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Brought my car in for front and rear brake job and Dana was great at getting the parts from off- location, communicating the status, and working with me on the price. Left at the time she told me initially. Waiting area is very clean with power stations, kid room and nice seating. Feels like a hotel lobby. Highly recommend!

I had a screw in my tire that was causing it to leak down. When I arrived Shawn took care of it quickly. In and out in less than 30 minutes. The tech was quick but thorough. I could not ask for better service from start to finish. Shawn and the tech explained everything and even made time for any questions that i had. This location is very nice and clean. I highly recommend this location.

This is my 2nd visit to this location. The service here is outstanding. I have used many other places, but none can compare to Mavis. You can set up an appointment online and although this industry can be very hard to predict, you can tell that this location values your time and business. Today they only had one tire tech available and they still got me done (4 new tires) far quicker than just a rotation takes at the dealership I have been using. Ask for Dana when you come in.
