Stopped for an overnight stay on our trip northly. We did make a wrong turn and came up through a neighborhood that was a bit sketchy. However, when we arrived, we realized we should have just stayed in main roads. Upon walking inside, the hotel employee was very welcoming and the hotel felt clean and smelled good. We opted for a double size room and it was worth the extra $20!! Room was clean. Free Hot Breakfast and Coffee downstairs was good to start our day! Definitely would stay again if in the area.

The front desk staff was outstanding! My boyfriend and I arrived late in a truck and trailer and the lady at the front desk helped us find a safe spot to park. She was super nice. The room was huge and very clean. Bathroom was huge, which made it easy for us to get ready in the morning. Very quiet area. Breakfast was great. We loved our stay!

The room itself wasn't the issue. We had a whole snafu trying to get the correct rooms that we ordered. We had booked 2 connected rooms, one with a wheelchair accessible shower. What we got was two disconnected rooms, one being a hearing impaired room. It took us three different tries to even get a proper room for our disabled person, and that was after she was made to sleep in a normal room one of our three nights. Turns out, somehow we got hooked in by a "third party" who not only charged us more (the guy at the desk showed us that it was 200 more per room) but our reservation was messed up completely.

Compared to all other Hampton hotels I have stayed in. The beds sucked. Shower head would not change off setting. The breakfast was sad. Cold potatoes and sausage and no eggs. The coffee was in the front desk area. Allowed a lady to fill two very large thermoses. Hummmm no extra cup of coffee. Won't stay again. Been staying with Hampton for years.
