Room was good but my issue came at breakfast. The “hot food” was cold and the microwave had a large container of coffee in it warming that I watched the staff take out of the coffee dispenser and just reheat. So much for the sign that read fresh coffee every morning at 6AM. What other food corners are being cut? It is easy to make fresh coffee.

Staff was nice and location was good. Had no water in my room- couldn't flush the toilet or take a shower. They tried to switch me to a room that smelled like mildew and wet dog. Both rooms only had ONE towel, not enough for me and my husband- if we were even able to shower. Local fast food places were awful as well- not the fault of the hotel but it's good to know what's in the area. If all you need to do is sleep, than it's decent. If you need to use the bathroom, take a shower, or eat- go somewhere else!

The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was awesome. They need to hire a cleaning crew. The bed linens were clean and nice. The shower wall, curtain, all table tops and carpet were atrocious! Will not be back. And no one has reached from hotel management. Definitely a place to avoid.

First I'd like to say, Tiffany the front desk clerk was amazing and very helpful! Our TV didn't work in our room and she did everything possible to fix it ultimately we had to move rooms. Then the blind wouldn't pull down in the new room, but was able to manually unroll. I marked them down because although they offer handicap rooms they do not have shower chairs so was unable to shower. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are super soft.
