People can go to these expensive furniture stores all they want to but they will miss out on the special personal service that this furniture store offers. I recently had a problem with a lift chair I bought from them in 2018. I rolled over on the remote to the lift chair I had purchased for my husband and tore it up. Loosiers not only got me a new remote but didn't charge me for it. I couldn't believe the trouble that Chris went to just to get me this remote and I know for a fact I would not have gotten this level of kindness form any other furniture store. God bless Loosiers.

Do Not Buy Southern Motion Furniture From Here Or Anywhere!! My family and close friends have done business with Loosier for years. My wife and I purchased Southern Motion Loveseat and Sofa. These were expensive leather pieces.. We have had issues with the Loveseat since delivery. It has been picked up twice by Loosier for repairs. They are not qualified to do repairs!! This has been going on for 2 years!! Southern Motion's quality control is terrible!! Grant the owner is not involved with the business anymore. His daughter needs to go to customer service school!! She is Rude and does not care about the customer after the sale!! We are currently dealing with the manufacturer directly. We had to get Better Business Bureau involved! Still waiting for Repair or Replacement!!! Buyer Beware!! We finally got a independent furniture repair technician to fix the problem!! Do Not Buy Southern Motion Furniture!!! We had to get Better Business Bureau involved to get our issue even looked at!!
