What an excellent stay, we were traveling to Florida with my mom’s 2 cats and were welcomed here like family, from the moment we arrived they made it feel like home, they have some of the best staff under the sun thank you for a clean room and a comfortable stay.

I am writing this review specifically for Barbara who was the front desk attendant the last time I visited. Barbara was working the front desk when I arrived late one night a couple of weeks ago and was so very cheerful and welcoming. I am a Titanium member with Marriott and stay a lot at different properties. Barbara is a fantastic representative of the brand and was truly a breath of fresh air after a hectic day of travel. Barbara, thank you for your fantastic customer service. Regarding the property, I have no complaints. Everything was clean and as expected for a TownePlace Suites.

This is a great hotel! The staff, especially Nikia and Barbara are so welcoming, friendly and helpful! We discovered this hotel by chance-- when we stayed here for 12 days once when my husband's appendix ruptured on i-75 and have now made it a destination to stop at on our way to and from Florida. Clean, great location, great staff!

We stay in this hotel ever spring break and it's great. We recently stayed in some not-so-great hotels and it made me very grateful when we got here. Friendly staff, nice rooms with kitchens and a table, and comfy beds. Thank you TownePlace!
