Agreed, they probably wont answer any questions on Google, you'll need to at least call them and speak to someone directly or go there.

You may want to call Tougas directly so they can try to pull up your transaction history. However, I know when we went strawberry picking, we had to pay a flat rate to pick which was then applied to the amount of stawberries we picked. We paid $7 a person and then owed $2 more because we had picked more strawberries than was covered by our entrance fee. Maybe this was the same in your situation? I'd definitely give them a call
